All this talk about viral campaigns brought back a memory of The Trojan Games, a viral campaign for Trojan Condoms from 2003 in the UK (it won a Gold Lion at Cannes in 2004, btw). The agency that created it (and several more for brands such as Ford and Microsoft) is called The Viral Factory.
