(Note to self: Why does every new "Web 2.0" site launch in "BETA"?) Anyhoo ... Here's a new-ish site that offers a user-friendly, beginners-can-do-this-easily online app that assembles photos, videos and music files into self-made movies called "iBloks." It's free, so we'll all have to see if and/or when there's a revenue model for this Webware.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the post! We do have a revenue model. One part of that model is based on the sale of virtual objects, i.e. content sold in the iBloks Shop sells for $.99 to $9.99.
For example, when folks download the 3D version of iBloks they receive a MixMaster music mixer that allows them to remix one song at a time. For others who really enjoy "playing with their digital media," there is the upgraded version of the MixMaster music mixer software that they can purchase through the iBloks Shop that gives them added mixing functionality and mixing capabilities.
