Yellow Arrow is a three or four year old collective "art" project that uses the Web, text messaging and mobile phone cameras to "map your world." You send for yellow arrow stickers, then post them at locations you find interesting. Then you take a photo, write a short blurb explaining your posting and send it to Yellowarrow.net. Each yellow arrow is coded, so anyone who sees one simply enters the code via text messaging to read what you think is so freaking fascinating about that particular spot on the map.
